In Cadence Light Set Up Question

I'm looking for a floor lamp that has attachable arms so you can move the incadnence light. I'm in canada or at the very best you can point it towards something. All the floor lamps i find are going straight I need something that could say point to a bed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does it need to be repositioned frequently? If so, I've been thinking of making something like this with PVC pipes and brooder lamps:


If it can be more stationary, I just hang lights from chains or use brooder clamps on nearby surfaces, along the lines of my posts here and here.
