I just think it's important to recognize that in a state of excess, it's the glucose that is toxic, not the fats ,if they are of the stable variety.
I just worry some folks may misinterpret these post, believing that if they limit thier fat, then sugar gets a free pass. I believe this is wrong, and potentially dangerous.
I believe in this modern environment, many, if not most folks, may do better on a high fat version of Peat approved foods.
And I will step off my soapbox now.
