Just curious what parts of your body experience the Niacin Flush. Do you get the flush in the same location every time?
For me I always get face and arms. These are my most freckled area.
Sometimes but not always - knees, lower legs, back, hands.
But I never flush on my abdomen, thighs, breasts, feet. I'm guessing the fatty area have less blood flow?
I'm only doing a single 200mg dose right now. Maybe once every 3 days.
