Low Dose Nicotine Patch - Overnight?

I am considering trying a low dose 1 mg nicotine patch (cut from a 21 mg patch).

This would be for its anxiety-lowering properties (at low dose) and its endotoxin fighting properties.
I am not a smoker.

The question is:
Is a low dose 1 mg nicotine patch, worn for 24 hours (overnight) and then replaced each morning, likely to cause worse sleep, or addiction?

I already have poor sleep.
I have read many of the posts here on nicotine, but I have not seen one about using a low dose patch overnight.
I ask partly because I see some comments online about patches worn overnight causing poor sleep.

Low toxin and low "vitamin A" diet fixes anxiety and also Flush Niacin helps with sleep an anxiety.
Since avoiding VA my anxiety has almost went away.

Why is Nicotinic Acid better than niacinamide for anxiety and sleep?
I see reports here about how some people sleep better on niacinamide, and some better on Nicotinic Acid.
And other reports that say that Nicotinic Acid converts into niacinamide anyway.
It's all very fuzzy.

NA (nicotinic acid) follows a different pathway than NAM (nicotinamide)

Nicotine patches mess with your sleep if you leave them on while sleeping. From my experience, some really vivid weird dreams and might wake up a lot.

And nicotinic acid makes you sleep better. Seems like an easy choice for me. :)

Are there any medical studies that compare niacinamide to nicotinic acid for sleep?
