I have know idea what this means either. The Government has a less than perfect track record for acting in the best interests of its current citizens. "Cities Forward" does not tell us anything about which direction that that they are moving us. But the cheerleaders' government are thrilled.Hmmm. Evanston is on this list.
But Chattanooga! I love the mountains around nooga, but the city itself has a freemason feel to it.
Anyway. I don't know what this means. But who wants to be in some gov targeted city?
