Now if only there was a way to get the polyunsaturates out of soy.. or to assure the milk we get were from non pregnant cows. Locals seems like the best option for those that wanna keep the habit.
Whats your protein source?
Im assuming theres no milk alternative in your diet?
Date milk is looking like a good alternative at the moment.. but low in protein and high in cost.
