What is the ideal level of protein to increase metabolism?

Do cysteine, methionine and tryptophan really reduce metabolism?

From experience, too much can definitely have an anti metabolic effect. But I suspect a high carbs: protein ratio matters more.

more than 120 grams seems to be harmful if it comes from meat, I feel that way too. I will only consume 100 grams of protein per day and lots of carbs and low fat
