Which protein sources have monounsaturated fats w out saturated? I obviously think saturated fats are beneficial and I still eat a lot.

But I’m just curious. I’m aware of olive oil, Avacado, nuts etc being mono. And most meats and eggs will have some mono , but saturated too.

Fish is mostly mono? Are there any ruminant meats that have a ratio of more mono then saturated? Would dark chicken and pork in general be more mono then red meat? Even dark chicken and fatty pork? I know rly lean chicken and pork won’t have much of any mono or Saturated simply because it’s void of fat in general.

I’m wondering if fatty good quality pork or bacon or fatty chicken thighs would be more mono or saturated?! Thanks ! Any other protein sources for monounsaturated id appreciate too!

Akaushi beef has a higher monosaturated fat content. I have a friend who has a family farm that raises this type of cattle. You can look up Akaushi beef association to learn about it. They do claim it is heart healthy. I am not pro or against eating this meat . Didn’t know if anybody else had heard of it or had an opinion
