Translation: a genetic difference that among other things causes 1% variation in testosterone levels also seems to increase heart disease.

Dumbest waste of money study.

We found that when using variants in the JMJD1C gene region, genetically predicted serum testosterone was positively associated with thromboembolism in the UK Biobank.

Just more crap used to try and justify the feminization of men. The only thing to watch out for is elevated testosterone past what's considered physiological normal. Too much and it could convert into estrogen, which would increase death rates.

i think T can help if it is in very small quantities. Probably DHEA and pregnenolone and fixing diet issues is far better.

Considering that PUFAs increase aromatase activity, a good diet is paramount when supplementing with testosterone, but many bodybuilders don't eat correctly. It's very common for them to eat things like nut butters, chicken breasts( which actually have a signficant amount of fat if the the skin isn't removed), oats and brown rice while using large doses of testosterone..
