I. VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER PREVENTIVE MEASURES
1. A staff member must not work unless the staff member
(a) is vaccinated and provides proof of vaccination to the staff member’s employer, or
(b) has an exemption, provides proof of the exemption to the employer, and is in compliance
with the conditions of the exemption when working.
2. An employer must not permit a staff member who is not in compliance with section 1 to work.
3. A staff member who is not in compliance with section 1 must not work.
