This video contains 3 clips from today's the oral arguments in the DC Court of Appeals. The comments by Michael Popok makes it clear that the court is interested in the bigger issues and historical implications.

"During a hot bench oral argument to try to overturn Judge Chutkan’s gag order against his violent rhetoric , Trump’s lawyer conceded that a trial court could limit Trump’s speech even if his speech itself wasn’t a crime in order to protect the criminal Justice system. Michael Popok of Legal AF explains why this is a fatal error that should lead to the appellate court allowing Judge Chutkan to re-enter her gag order against Trump."

"Another Trump “expert” blew it on the stand during the New York Attorney General civil fraud case. The insurance expert couldn’t keep his own report straight and forgot when he testified that he took the exact opposite position in his written report. Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on the judge completely discounting a day of testimony by Trump’s insurance Expert, because he got the most basic issues wrong."

Donald Trump’s presidential campaign is increasingly taking advantage of military voters, in spite of his record of disrespecting those in uniform. Army combat vet and CEO of Human Rights First, Mike Breen, discusses the dangers of this with Ken Harbaugh.

Fiinally, more push back from trump's dirty tactics.

"When you sue a judge directly to try to stop him from gagging your violent speech, be prepared for the judge to fire back with an affidavit listing of all of the death, threats and inappropriate and antisemitic attacks made by Trump followers once the gag order was temporarily stayed. Michael Popok of Legal AF explains why based on the new evidence presented by the NY Attorney General including a print out of all the death threats made, the appellate court should immediately re-gag Trump to prevent a physical attack or worse from happening on the judge and his court room staff in the NY Civil Fraud trial."

Donald Trump’s lawyers have made a one-page “Black Friday” filing to try to stop the DC Appellate panel considering whether to re-gag Trump from considering a detailed affidavit from law enforcement filed in NY this week detailing the hundreds of merciless attacks on the NY judge and his law clerk that have resulted since NY temporarily lifted its gag order there. Michael Popok of Legal AF describes why the Trump filing only proves the point that when Donald Trump and his lawyers mercilessly attack participants in the criminal justice system they are threatened with assassination and bodily harm almost immediately.

Asking primarily the Americans on here that follow the developments.
I‘m not from the US and it is difficult to get a serious overview about polls and surveys and chances of the coming election.

In Germany virtually all msm are extremely anti-Trump and predict his loss or wishing him a severe loss. Voices that are more cautious or neutral about the possible outcome are scarce despite the previous „upset“

So, what I gather is that most polls see Biden in front but with differing margins. It’s unclear how reliable those polls are when there is increasing pressure not to openly support Trump.
Then there are the swing states that really decide the electoral college/the election, I’m at a loss how things stand there and which states are especially close and crucial this year.

What is your assessment? Is there a real chance that Trump could be elected again or no? And why?

Thanks!
I am also from Europe and i try to understand that in the whole US there are only two old men goes for the presidency.
Can it be that there are no sane politician would take up on this huge role🙂

There are reasons for the madness that go back more than a half a century. The first signs of this madness was in the early 1960s and this election cycle is a continuation of that.

In the United States there are a group of rich & powerful elite people who are above the law. These elites run both the Republican and Democratic political parties. People who become absurdly rich in the United States get to join this club (Bill Gates for example). There are many powerful political families such as the Bush family that are part of this group. The heads of the intelligence agencies are in this group. Many heads of giant corporations are in this group. Obama worked his way into the group while he was in Chicago and he established himself in the group by selecting Biden as his VP and leveraging Biden's political machine.

Historical Context
JFK came from a politically connected family and was one of the elites in the political establishment. He became president in 1960. In 1961 the CIA was training Cuban exiles to invade Cuba. The CIA wanted to invade Cuba and JFK said absolutely not. The CIA invaded anyway and and in the middle of the invasion the CIA told JFK that the exiles needed air support or they would get slaughtered. JFK still said no and the exiles got slaughtered. This was the beginning of the end for JFK. Another event that led to bad blood between the establishment and JFK was the Vietnam war. The CIA wanted to expand the war and JFK wouldn't allow it.

The final straw was after Cuban missile Crisis. The CIA wanted war with the soviets because the US had a much bigger nuclear arsenal than the Soviets did at the time. The CIA calculated that millions of Americans would die but they would be able to win a complete defeat of the Soviet Union and save millions and millions of people over the long run (what the CIA believed). JFK wouldn't allow this war to happen. JFK went one step further and established a direct line to Khrushchev in order to bypass the CIA and he worked together with Khrushchev to avoid war. This is what lead to the assassination of JFK.

Present Day
Fast forward to 2015. Like Kennedy, Trump was once part of the elites who are above the law but he lost his status among the elites. Trump was clearly against US imperialism and he took political positions that were prohibited by the establishment. Trump's "America First" policy would severely weaken the world domination that the CIA wanted so the CIA launched a disinformation campaign that vilified Donald Trump and used the media to brainwash millions of people in the United States to believe that Trump was similar to Hitler. In the past, these tactics were able to work so when Donald Trump won in 2016 it was a complete surprise. Enough Americans were able to see through the propaganda and elected Trump to signal to the establishment that Americans don't want endless war and imperialism. Everyday Americans would rather have stronger economy at home with a strong middle class and manufacturing base in the United States.

Ever since 2016 the the establishment has been going to more and more extreme measures to get rid of Donald Trump. I'm not going to rehash this because we all have been observing this over the past several years. To make a long story short, Trump has created a movement for freedom, democracy, and a focus on putting the American economy ahead of globalist interests.

To explain why Trump is going to be the Republican nominee despite not being a Republican, it is because the establishment has been blatantly using extreme tactics to get rid of him. So he has become the rally point against government abuse of the citizens. All the Americans who don't want a soviet style police state are rallying behind Trump to rebuke all extreme tactics been used to remove Trump as a political opponent. Trump is fighting the same establishment that killed JFK.

The reason Biden won the Democratic primary in 2020 was because Bernie Sanders started to win that primary. Bernie Sanders is not part of the elite club that runs the country and he was unpalatable to the establishment. Biden was chosen because he is one of the powerful elites who has a powerful nationwide political machine behind him. So all the establishment candidates rallied behind Biden and got him the victory.

So here we are now. Trump is cruising to victory for the republican nomination and the establishment is afraid that if they replace Biden with someone else then Americans won't recognize the name on the ballot and Trump will win in a land slide.

Short Version
Trump will be nominee to rebuke government abuse of power. Biden will be nominee if establishment thinks he has the best chance of preventing a 2nd term for Trump.

People posting/sharing MeidasTouch videos are helping Trump quite a lot.

When swing voters see how absurd those videos are they are more likely to support Trump.

Trump just admitted that the Russians helped get him elected in a recent court filing AND that on the last 19 days of his presidency he made Jeff Clark, a co conspirator in Georgia and DC, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. Michael Popok of Legal AF, unpacks the latest filing by Donald Trump to try to delay the March 2024 trial, and the accidental confessions and admissions in it, that only strengthen the department of justice’s case against him.
