Has anyone here dove deep to understand these derivatives of omega 3 fatty acids? AKA SPM (Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators)
Are they all necessary for the resolution of inflammation?
Can inflammation be resolved without them?
If not, what amount of omega 3 is actually necessary?
It seems to be the next "hot" thing in omega three supplements
