Vitamin K2 And Skull Size

Hmm, according to experiences from people in this forum it might. Although I think in general supplementing moderate doses of K2 doesn't have a significant effect on the adult skull. Just don't take ridiculously high doses like 15mg+/daily and you will be fine.

I agree, only a few products provide that type of capability in dosing MK4. Most products supple either a blend of K1, K2 as MK4, AND mk7, OR JUST mk7.
