I've mentioned before on here about digestion problems, constipation bloating etc. No matter what I try it doesn't seem to get any better, I have a problem of not knowing what to eat right now.
Fruit juice- Stomach wise it's probably not so bad, it makes me cold though, I get very dry hands & lips.
Whole fruit- It feels like it just stays in my stomach & ferments, I get reactions such as brain fog & bad bloating.
Potatoes- I'm not really sure, I know it's recommended to cut out all starch when you have problems with digestion. I haven't eaten them in a while but there was a reason I cut them out so they can't have done me much good.
Eggs- I've struggled with them for a long stomach, they destroy my stomach.
Seafood- I eat quite a lot of it, mussels, shrimps etc. I think it's quite easy on me but I can't eat it for every meal.
Goats yogurt - Dont react so sell.
Lactose free milk - I have little bits but I don't dare to overdo it, I have suspicions it causes me back acne.
I don't know what else I can try, does anybody have any suggestions?
