A quick scrub through reveals it is similar to the study recently posted, that is for aspirin and that says bleeding episodes are rare and the hazard is vastly over-stated.

Here was a post I replied in recently which is exactly to your point….

”The researchers consolidated data from 11 randomized controlled trials, encompassing over 100,000 participants, that included fatal bleeding events. The data indicated a 55 percent increase in the risk of bleeding due to aspirin. However, among patients who experienced bleeding after taking aspirin, only 4 percent died. In contrast, the control group, who took a placebo, had a death rate attributed to bleeding of up to 8 percent. This suggests that bleeding caused by aspirin is predominantly mild.”

@oxphoser replied, “More people died from bleeding in the control group and the control group weren’t even taking aspirin!“

“Although it would undoubtedly be best to grow up eating foods with relatively saturated fats, the use of aspirin preventively and therapeutically seems very reasonable under the present circumstances, in which, for example, clean and well ripened fruits are not generally available in abundance. Preventing blindness, degenerative brain diseases, heart and lung diseases, and cancer with aspirin should get as much support as the crazy public health recommendations are now getting from government and foundations and the medical businesses.” -Ray Peat
