I tried green can for several months, but found it increased stomach swelling, so switched to glycine. I've been using glycine for several months now, 3-4 T per day. I read on the forum it's not good to take a single amino acid for long periods, so will taper down on it, but need a protein supplement.
Which is a better protein supplement, casein or glycine?
