Cooking With Collagen Hydrolysate

Hi all. First time posting. I'm fairly new to peat so forgive me if this is a silly question...

Yesterday I made a beef stew type thing last night and added a couple of tablespooms of collagen hydrolysate to the pot before serving. I had some leftovers I was planning to heat up and eat tonight. Will the collagen in the stew still be good to eat? Basically wondering if the collagen powder can be repeatedly heated/cooled before being eaten?

Cheers!

It is my understanding that, yes, you can reheat it....however, do not microwave, heat stove top over low heat.
