I want to share that 1 month of taking 500 mg of IP6 two times a day (1 hour before breakfast and 2 hours before dinner) take at the week and not at Saturday and Sunday lowered my ferritin from 313 to 231. Nice! No side effect from the supplement.
The weekend are off because family obligations cannot wait!! And maybe even if IP6 is depleting my zinc and magnesium, I get than at the weekend days. Also, I take magnesium chloride every night.

The goal now is to go to the less than 200 at the next blood test (one more month of use).
