I have seen online people use wooden (bamboo shoot) hair brush to stimulate the scalp and reduce tension and tightness of the scalp. You push the brush onto different areas of your scalp and hold it tight each time while moving the scalp skin in circular motion for 3 to 5 minutes a day. Also you can tilt your head downwards at the edge of bed, maybe gravity will send good supply of blood hence more nutrients to your scalp.For the massage technique to work, it must be done in a specific way and for 20 minutes twice a day. It's quite laborious...
Also
