I've been noticing this for some time now. Eating a Starch (potato or rice) and fat (coconut oil/butter) meal will send me to sleep.
This isn't a problem when I eat starch without the added fat. It usually doesn't happen when I ingest sugar (coke, OJ, etc)
Why does eating starch+fat force me to take a nap?
