Also, something to do with pelvic floor muscles. If they get to tight, magnesium can help.

I wish more people would talk about this and the negative effects some of these non-selective D2 agonist substances can cause.
I use a lidocaine spray on the tip of penis on occasion and that helps to buy you extra minutes. It’s hit or miss with dosing that and timing that though.
Yup that's it. I don't have a youtube channel or anythig I just use it and take an interest but yes you got it right.I have finally undeerstood the idea. So basically buildings, even if you have your feet naked touching the floor, you are not grounded so the matt, mouse pad etc must be connected to the socket that then this socket goes into the ground. Well, you have explained that you have to use a voltmeter to see which socket is grounded. But scared to get an electric shock since since I was a kid I was always told to not stick anything into these sockets. So the idea to plug a matt on the electricity socket and sleep on it is scary. How does the socket know that it doesn't need to send electricity to the matt and instead have 0 volts? (ground). Because as far as I know, visually you can't know if a socket is grounded or not. And a socket that is grounded is also used as a regular socket to plug in stuff? because as far as I know all sockets on my flat are usable sockets where you plug stuff and there is electricity on there.
Do you have a youtube tutorial to show exactly how to do this without getting electrocuted? I mean to measure it and see if its grounded.
Also, assuming a socket can be grounded and also be usable to plug stuff at the same time, what happens exactly when it comes to pluging grounded procuts? like the matt or a mousepad. I mean, it's just weird for me to plug a matt in the same socket that I would be using to charge my phone. How does the matt know to not ignite the mat due electric shock or something? what if there is an error in the matt or something and the matt gets 220volts while im sleeping? I need to know what's going on otherwise this makes me worried. I don't know if it makes sense to ask this, but I just expect 220volts from an electricity socket in Europe, and never imagined I would be pluging a matt to sleep on there.
Finally: What if there are no grounded sockets on my appartment?
Well, lidocaine is a local anesthetic and aside from numbness, I never had issues.mate theres no serious symptoms putting on the balls but I put a drop of keto dht inside the weener hole and it stang like crazy for several minutes and i had burning painful urination for that day and the next.
Maybe it’s not so much 5HT levels, perhaps it’s the active or under active 5HT2C or 2B or 1A receptors.Dear Fred, there sis evidence that 5HT in higher levels in the CNS helps to increase the latency to orgasm, let me upload a file..
Men, or women who have had partners with PE, what in your experience helped? Or conversely, women with partners with delayed ejaculation, or men with delayed ejaculation, what are some characteristics/habits in your experience that people with delayed ejaculation have that others don't?
Looking more for systemic solutions, as opposed to in-the-moment techniques.
Avoiding porn has been a frequent suggestion in the past on here, but I was hoping to get other suggestions as well.
Thanks!
Sorry for the slight sidetrack - any idea why niacin is a histamin dump truck (lol)? I actually didnt know that. But that expalins why its the one of the b's I only toleratr in small doses. My experiences demonstrated that niacin or vitamin C worked when supplemented with right before coitus (one's a histamine dump truck, the other a blocker).
But the option that never fails is 2-3 5cl shot glasses of 30-40% spirits.

Maybe they both work for you for the plain old antioxidant effect?
i see. But that is weird that such a peaty substance might have a serotonergic side effect as he is really not happy about serotonin. But on the other hand so does Methylene Blue. I wonder though if you original info might be right after all..?? I dont get flushing at all I get pains and aches that feels very histaminic - thats why I took an interest. But what you post here seems legit enough. I wonder though if it was just a wild guess or they had observed heightened histamin and thus guessed it was the cause of the flushing, or if they just wildly guessed. In the first case it might still be histamin raising, just closer inspection showing that was not the mechanism behind the flushApologies, my information from orthomolecular.org seems to have been outdated. Newer texts state that prostaglandins and serotonin are primarily to blame.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin)
Niacin, also known as vitamin B3 and nicotinic acid, is an organic compound that is one of the 20 to 80 essential human nutrients. Pharmaceutical and supplemental niacin are primarily used to treat …med.libretexts.org

Yes, Dr. Peat writes favourably about niacin in his articles, but he seems to prefer the niacinamide form over nicotinic acid for supplementation.

Oh, and in the middle of this clip, he mentions that prostaglandin, serotonin, and histamine are released in response to niacin (nicotinic acid). So maybe histamine isn't responsible for the strict flush component but still results from mast cell response to niacin.
Connecting this back to the thread topic, I experienced that niacin would delay ejaculation but that there would be some enhanced sensation during orgasm.
so a pro histamine stackvitamin c, zma, niacin and b vitamins combination seemed to make me multi orgasmic, but im not sure which of those it was... since I had done that even using just vitamin c, but the capabilities increased when adding in the zma and then with the niacin and b vitamins mixture...
Peat does seem to like only the niacinamide form, i cant remember why
I think niacin also had some articles saying it can make fatty liver worse, or increase insulin resistance or something
so a pro histamine stack
which stack, the one i mentioned? I didnt know its pro metabolic. the vitamin C also is?Some aspects are pro-histamine yes but mainly this stack speeds up the metabolism, increasing sympathetic activation, reducing time to orgasm.
Yes. Vitamin C, ZMA, B-vitamins speed up the metabolism. They just boost the metabolism by improving thyroid, ATP generation as some (the B-vitamins mostly) are vital cofactors for ATP synthesis in krebs, ETC. Vitamin C is also a cofactor for norepinephrine synthesis (main sympathetic neurotransmitter). Zinc and some B-vitamins help lower prolactin. Excess zinc has the potential to lead to eventual copper deficiency through reduced absorption.which stack, the one i mentioned? I didnt know its pro metabolic. the vitamin C also is?
i had to cut down drastically on zma/zinc supplementation, was lowering copper and possibly iron too much
but the combination of zinc with vitamin c may have been responsible ive heard vitamin c is a strong depleter too...
niacin did boost histamine too much, i would get a runny nose after eating cottage cheese or ricotta cheese or any vinegar or acidic items, that normally never happens even with tons of those cheeses
it was actually, iirc something like 60mg niacinamide 60mg niacin a day, or 80mg niacinamide 40mg niacin a day, plus 10-15mg zinc a day, 200mg magnesium or more, 3.5mg b6 pyridoxine, 8mg b6 from pyridoxal 5 phosphate
niacin/niacinamide made me tired as well, reduced my gym performance.
