Alternatives to Amoxicillin? For fertility

I have taken Amoxicillin for 7 days around my ovulation in November 2021. I saw improvement in the bloodwork of Progesterone and Estrogen. I chart and check my bloodwork every cycle so I have a record to look back on. Since than I have found Pro Metabolic and Ray Peat's work. What can be an alternative to taking Amoxicillin? I don't remember the dose I took but I can find out. Amoxicillin is used to treat bacterial infections. I know Amoxicillin is not beneficial on the gut. What can I try as an alternative with the same results?
