You might talk to a GI specialist and get checked for diastasis recti - a separation of the abdominal muscles.

Your microbiome is probably just unbalanced

bunch of stuff you can try. Make sure you give whatever youre trying at least a week to 10 days:

Neem
Tulsi
Haritaki
Mutaflor
Lumbrokinase
Berberine
Bifido only probiotic
Oregano oil
Olive leaf
Is there concern for oxalates in berberine and in neem?

In my case this is entirely estrogen. Comes along with heaps of water retention, puffy nipples and ***t mood. I have low DHT and am estrogen dominant.

Androsterone helps bring it in line.

lol but why would you think oxalates were an issue in the first place?
I was assuming that might be they contain oxalates. So just wanted to confirm with you. I am aware that turmeric, cinnamon, milk thistle and some few other herbs/spices contain oxalates. Anyway I'm going to order berberine from iherb.:):

Usually I have a fairly flat stomach except if I eat butter or starch. Also when Trader Joes changed something in their Mango Gummy Candies my husband and I both developed very hard bloated stomachs. I gained 2 pounds and he gained about 5 lbs. I stopped eating the product immediately; we did daily ascorbic acid flushes and ate plenty of beef for at least a week. Plus we drank coffee immediately in the morning.

It could be a basic allergy so have you had allergy testing?
You might consider ruling out anything too scary by having professional exams. It seems safe to advise you to go in for professional testing even though my grandfather advised me, when he was 100 years old, that his secret to long life was to avoid doctors.

Do you drink beer or any other alcohol that causes bloat? Brown booze is more fattening and bloating than, for instance, white Tequila or Gin. Sulfates in wine can also cause bloat and headaches

While you are waiting for your next move have you ever done Ascorbic Acid Flushes? Those might help and also drinking coffee first thing in the morning NOT tea.

Overeating is known to cause bloating. Eat as little as possible to maintain good health and focus on highly nutritional food. Also try rubbing progesterone cream or oil on your fat belly, before you go to sleep at night.

ahh. If they do have oxalates you are taking so little of the herb it probably wouldn't make a difference

Berberine is powerful though, work your way up and if it feels wrong it probably is wrong
