Just wondering, for people who did not regularly drink coffee before, did you find some way to make it work for you and experience improved health as a result of regular coffee consumption? Seems practically all accounts I read here are about people experiencing health issues when they try to incorporate coffee into their diet.
Makes me think the positive health effects observed for coffee consumption in the literature is just a case of reverse causation where only healthy people are able to tolerate regular coffee consumption to begin with.
