@David PS

Thank you for the link showing the approximate time:

"The national test will consist of two portions, testing WEA and EAS capabilities. Both tests are scheduled to begin at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Oct. 4."

We will keep the Land-Line Telephone plugged in. The answering machine will stay on unless the caller talks too much then it will be turned off.

All our computers are hard-wired and my husband is not worried about it. I am worried so I will not turn on my computers.

We have cheap mobile phones which are set up for voice only. Text or data is ignored. We use a mobile phone only when needed or in case of emergency and otherwise leave it off .

AT+T sold our pay-as-you-Go-Phone numbers when we were sleeping [grin] which we had for many years, so thankfully/hopefully we are off the MATRIX.

Your welcome. It looks like you have everything covered.

I am off the watch the news to find out if this drill is offically news worthy.

I will be at work 😩. I will put phone in microwave- hopefully no one goes to use it. Maybe try to be in bathroom at that time- only place to be somewhat away from all the electronics 😶

You certainly have the prerogative for your own assessment. However, I know Todd well, have spent time with him in person and have been involved in this mission with him since March of 2021. he works closely with my colleagues and has contributed immensely to this movement; so it pains me to have his integrity questioned this way when I know his heart and his intentions are completely noble.. the sentence "whichever way you look at this,...." is simply not true and I would be careful posting things like that on a public forum if you do not know them first hand as they could be grounds for defamation.
Feel free to let him know so he can start a legal case against me.

Bigger fish to fry lol. That was not a legal insinuation btw; since Dr. Peat and this forum stand for TRUTH and not speculation and rumor- just a reminder to all to be careful about what you put out there.

Todd Callender is a man of many talents and I am sure he is far too busy to be bothered with a small fish on a forum asking awkward questions. Those who put themselves in a position to speak on our behalf should expect scrutiny. I stand by what I’ve said and if it turns out to be incorrect I will retract it.

An account I just received on a group I am on that is quite disturbing is below line- the times are confusing. I followed the lead about getting into nature and went out to a nature trail a half hour outside of the city and grounded there for 2.5 hrs. however, on the drive there i noticed towers constantly and one that was not that far from the reserve ironically. i may have been better off just staying inside my place in city to be honest with all turned off. I could feel it and i still feel it- burning in back of head and strange taste and charring on roof of mouth. i reacted for sure and i was nestled in woods and trees barefoot so something happened. I had a ring in my ears that was strongest first hour, consistent with the account below. The irony of going into secluded nature away from everything and probably being more zapped there than in an apartment in midtown of a city. i actually saw more towers as i drove out than what i see in midtown here. Crazy world.

FEMA test 220pm Oct 4 2023

At ##### at 210pm today Oct 4, 2023 we (###### and I) turned off all iPads and cellphones and gathered up hands free phones too and put them in a box outside. Then we cut the power to the whole house at 210pm. We stayed in the bathroom with door shut where there are no windows and we had a battery powered light and coronet smogmeter set on EMF readings. Everything was in the green zone to start at 2:10pm.

At 2:14pm there was a spike to the yellow and up to red zone.

At 223pm there was an extended spike to red zone.

At 2:25pm there was an extended spike to red zone.

At 2:27,27,29,31,32,33 there were spikes in the green zone.

At 2:34pm there was an extended spike to red zone.

From 2:36,37,38,40,41, there were spikes in the green zone.

At 2:42pm there was an extended spike to red zone.

From 2:44,45,47 there were spikes in the green zone.

This EBS testing shows they started early at 2:14pm and heavily spiked at 14,23,34 and 42 minutes after 2pm.

Because of all the precautions we took to avoid and we still got these readings shows the invisible power of frequencies and how easily they can reach us anywhere with frequencies-Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). Our exposure was probably much lower than those who did not take all the precautions we did but this is proof they lied about the 2:20pm only as it went on over 30 minutes as proven by high the meter spikes. Also sources reported that when they turned on their phones again earlier at 2:30pm they still got the test in their phone. That is because they continued until 2:42pm!! So everyone got zapped several times with the higher spikes.

USA TESTS NATIONAL ALERT SYSTEM...

That blaring noise you heard? It was a test of the federal government’s emergency alert system

A National Alert test is seen on a cellphone, Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023 in Washington. The U.S. government on Wednesday conducted its once-every-three-years nationwide test of the emergency alert system. The last nationwide test was Aug. 11, 2021. Besides cellphone messages, alerts also went out on radio and television. (AP Photo/Wayne Partlow)

By REBECCA SANTANA

WASHINGTON (AP) — “THIS IS A TEST": If you have a cellphone or were watching television Wednesday, you should have seen that message flash across your screen as the federal government tested its emergency alert system used to tell people about emergencies.

The Integrated Public Alert and Warning System sends out messages via the Emergency Alert System and Wireless
Emergency Alerts.

The Emergency Alert System is a national public warning system that’s designed to allow the president to speak to the American people within 10 minutes during a national emergency via specific outlets such as radio and television. And Wireless Emergency Alerts are short messages — 360 characters or less — that go to mobile phones to alert their owner to important information.

While these types of alerts are frequently used in targeted areas to alert people in the area to things like tornadoes, Wednesday’s test was done across the country.

Antwane Johnson, the director of FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System which conducted the test, said afterward that he’s confident the test performed as expected but that the government would gather and analyze data in the coming weeks to assess how it went. He estimated hundreds of millions of people received Wednesday’s message.

Johnson said he’d already received reports from across the country of people who’d received the alerts including from colleagues at a conference for emergency managers in Tennessee. From where he observed the test, Johnson said he saw the entire map “light up.”

“I am totally elated,” he said.

The test was slated to start at at 2:20 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, although some phones started blaring just a few minutes before that. Wireless phone customers in the United States whose phones were on got a message saying: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.” The incoming message also made a loud noise.

Customers whose phones were set to the Spanish language should have gotten the message in Spanish.

The test is conducted over a 30-minute window, although mobile phone owners should only get the message once. If their phones were turned off at 2:20 p.m. and then turned on in the next 30 minutes, they should have gotten the message when they turned their phones back on. If they turn their phones on after the 30 minutes have expired they should not get the message.

The message also went to people watching broadcast or cable television or listening to the radio. That messages said: “This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public.”

Federal law requires the systems be tested at least once every three years. The last nationwide test was Aug. 11, 2021.

The test has spurred falsehoods on social media that it’s part of a plot to send a signal to cellphones nationwide to activate nanoparticles such as graphene oxide that have been introduced into people’s bodies. Experts and FEMA officials have dismissed those claims, but some social media users said they planned to shut off their cellphones Wednesday.

FEMA spokesman Jeremy Edwards said after the test was done that people have every right to turn their phones off to avoid the test but the organization hopes that after the test is done they make sure they turn their alerts back on because it’s designed to make sure people can be reached in an emergency.

People on social media also suggested turning off phones for other reasons, such as not disturbing students and teachers in classrooms or children during naptimes at day care. At the White House, messages taped to chairs in the press briefing room asked members of the media to turn off their cellphones during the daily briefing.

Not everyone did.

Shortly before 2:20 p.m., journalists’ and staff’s phones began buzzing in the briefing room.

“Oh! There we go,” said press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said. After joking that the briefing was over, she added: “It works. Every couple of years, folks.”

Alarms continued to sporadically go off for a few minutes afterward.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken was speaking at an event at the University of Texas at Austin when cell phones in the audience went off, briefly disrupting the conversation. At the time the conversation was focused on Russia’s war in Ukraine.

“It might be our Russian friends interrupting us,” Blinken joked. “But I’m glad to know the national alert system works.”

The test also sparked discussion about how it could affect people in abusive situations. Some people in abusive situations have secret cellphones — usually with notifications muted — hidden from their abuser that allow them to keep contact with the outside world. Organizations that work with abuse survivors recommended they turn off their phones entirely during the 30-minute-long test Wednesday so as to not have the blaring noise give away to their abuser the fact that they have a secret phone.

Associated Press writers Matthew Lee and Seung Min Kim in Washington contributed to this report.

I had my phone off. I did not turn it back on until an hour or so later. I did not have an alert waiting for me.

A drill is just a drill. It was a drill for the governent to verify that there is a system in place to alert everyone if necessary. It was also a drill for us. Practice for us to avoid participating.

FEMA omitted to state why the drill was conducted. It was just a bare bones announcement. The main stream media has reported on the nuclear disaster in Russia (see MSN). Nuclear disaster may be a diversion.

The econmic number are bogus. Manufacturing outputs in G7 countries are down. The government inflation numbers do not align with the increases that I see in my life. If we are headed to an economic collapse (Great Depression 2.0?), the government may need to declare Marshall Law before it turns the internet off.

Part 2 of the drill may be tomorrow. I have not seen or heard anything in the past week about the first national drill. I am assuming that FEMA has access to something akin to Nielson ratings. There a 307 million smart phones in the US.

I do not plan to participate.

Anecdotally speaking, people around me in my world, work/friends etc everyone seems slower more confused. More unable to make sentences and keep track of what they are doing since last week.
Also, I have less tolerance for use if my phone before I get irritated. I will just start sneezing when I start looking at my phone. Or I noticeably get a headache or brain fog when listening to the latest podcast for more then an hour.
Idk. It’s not like I’m even looking for problems these are just the things that are jumping out at me.

The same time as on Oct. 4. Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes. Your cell phone will experience the drill if it is turned back on before the 30 minutes has expired.

Thanks for sharing. The confusion could explain why others are not reacting.
