Has anyone ever had their urine catecholamines tested?

I occasionally run organic acid testing with clients which is a urine test that includes metabolites connected to catecholamines such as
Vanilmandelate and Homovanillate. The results can be useful to identify if certain pathways are not working properly. I do find it lines up mostly with the clients presenting symptoms.
