Or you just have a naturally good libido but due to reading too much moralistic religious type content and also learning of Peat's idea of better metabolic function leading to less frequent libido, you started assuming there is something wrong with you and are now over-analyzing it

The key point about porn is that you have to replace the habit with something else. I replaced my habit with naked cuddling and mostly non-ejaculatory sex and life became amazing and I never had a problem again. It was like one day I stopped and never looked back. Exactly that. This is what enriches life and replaces porn. It overcomes any addiction.

I read not just Gary‘s book (may he RIP) but Marnia‘s book, Cupid’s Poisoned Arrow. Gary had terrible depression and it went away after about six months of this “Karezza” style sex.

I never had a better sex life than I have today. I never had a better LIFE than I have today and masturbation and porn hold absolutely no interest to me.

That said, I don’t watch sex scenes in movies or TV, I avoid all triggers, and this is habitual for me. I avoid fantasy using simple methods. That’s all it took for me and all it takes and life has never been better.

Men live in a state of not-enough. I live in a state of abundance.

There is nothing wrong with having a high sex drive. It can be channeled into all manner of productive things

In your situation, it sounds like it has led to a harmful place though.

Are you taking things that increase dopamine? Other then porn and edging. Alcohol? Nicotine? Tyrosine?

I didn't know that Marnia had also written a book. Thanks for sharing. Finding Gary was even more important for me than finding Ray. I'm not sure if I would still be alive today if it wasn't for Gary.

Gary was amazing. A very giving person. Marnia’s book is essential reading.
