Is this a histamine reaction?

Yesterday I drank a glass of milk and my nose ran with a very clear liquid, like water. I notice this reaction from time to time after eating. Is this a histamine reaction? Does it indicate high histamine, an intolerance of milk, or a problem? Just curious. It doesn't seem like a problem. But I've never understood what the high histamine danger is. Thank you.
