I am so sad to hear the news of Patrick passing. I very much enjoyed his shows with Ray Peat and Atom Bergstrom. To me he was a great interviewer, sensitive and considerate. And his voice was so soothing. I found it very calming and uplifting at the same time. May he rest in peace.

If he was having dental work done then it's possible he may have had a reaction to the dental anaesthetics

What do you think about seasalt protocol from Darko?

Varies Ahmad has some parallels with Peat and I enjoy listening.
I experiment with the Darko salt thing sometimes, its really hit or miss for me. Seems tolerable only when I'm not eating much.

Thanks. The salt thing looks likes cleaning my skin. This and some of Atoms tricks helped me to improve my skin and dermatits better than all the peat sulpements, progesterones, and liver.
The combination of liver and asprin worked a bit too altough.
Anyway ill check that Ahmed
