Do these contain pufas? Is it important to remove the seeds from tomatoes before you eat them?

It's actually fun scraping the seeds out, like a primitive food prep / hide tanning thing *dork*

Undigested seeds often cause gut-stones (enteroliths and other concretions), but the only place they're usually noticed is in an autopsy room.According to google people measured PUFA content of Tomato seed oil and it is 53% PUFA.
RP recommended removing tomato seeds for it's allergenicity.
Since tomato seeds are tender and if these get crushed during
chewing it can release toxins. Cooking does not destroy the allergens.
Undigested fruit seeds can cause appendicitis, though it rarely happens.
Seeds are naturally equipped with toxins for it's defence.
So,there are many reasons to avoid tomato seeds.
Nightshade is problematic for some people.
