I wonder if the pain in your solar plexus is the result of tension in the abdomen. If auto-suggestive techniques work for you, you can try to solve it with breathing exercises. For example: Lay down on your back. When you breathe in imagine the breath flows to your pelvis. When you breathe out let the abdominal wall follow gravitation. Play a bit around with it. The aim is to open the whole torso. You might need to exercise a few days before you see results.
What makes you think that you have problems with the stomach? Upper right abdomen is the liver.
I can give it a try.
The endoscopy showed
- esophagitis, class A Los Angeles
- small hiatal hernia"
- gastric mucosal erythema
Because I'm not really doubling over in abdominal pain, I didn't think about it two months ago when I had it done, but now I'm thinking more and more that that must be it. I've gotta fix the esophagitis and the mucosal erythema.
The upper right pain is occasional, and gets better after drinking some milk. It's around the right upper ribcage about 10 cm from the solar plexus. When I asked the gastro what it was she said it must be from the stomach and esophagus. I also thought liver and gallbladder before.
Do you have experience with Pantoprazole (20 mg)? Is it worth risking? I'm just thinking in case the gastritis is caused by some bacteria/fungus other that H. Pylori...
I'm also very hesitant with the flowers of sulphur I ordered. It says to go to the emergency if swallowed. I ordered this one:

Have you tried it? And might it be extra dangerous to try given the "gastric mucosal erythema"?
