Former Trump close confident and Chief of Staff Mark Meadows is fully cooperating with and obtained an immunity deal from Special Counsel Jack Smith just before Trump was indicted in the DC Election Interference Case. New reporting is that Meadows has told prosecutors that he told Trump that he lost the election; that there was no outcome determinative voter fraud; and that Trump was wrong to declare “victory” to the public on election night, among other things. This explains why Meadows is nowhere to be found in the federal indictment and makes him a key witness in all the criminal cases against Trump.
