I forgot all about this film. It looks like there was a thread here where Danny Roddy interviewed the filmmakers; maybe someone that is in contact with him could see if he still is in touch with either filmaker.

The last update on their kickstarter has links to 7 hours worth of interview time with Ray. That could be more valuable than the final product honestly. Here are the links:

But I understand that it could have been even more sinister than that and that their hands were fully tied.
