Hi all, I've been lurking for a while and reading Peats articles, which I am very impressed with.
Have been changing my diet over 3 weeks, but would like to check if I have it somewhat right!
I weigh about 100kg (220 lb) with height of 1.85m (6 feet), male, so I wouldn't mind losing some weight (though health is focus).
So upon waking I drink a glass of OJ with a pinch of salt and sugar added
then 2 cups of coffee (french press, fresh ground beans)
then supplements (pregnenolone, glycine, b-complex, aspirin and k2, d3 depending on weather)
then a bowl of greek yoghurt, cottage cheese and milk, with a slice of lemon squeezed over and 2 tsp of honey
Oranges or other fruit if hungry before lunch
Same bowl for lunch+piece of chocolate, coffee
Dinner I try to vary each day, beef liver, beef (entrecote) with added gelatin, chicken liver (?)
All with mashed or cooked potatoes
Still looking for dinner ideas! I should add prawns but it's a somewhat seasonal item here (Norway)
Coffee, to limit iron intake
Then whatever I feel like until bed (chocolate, OJ, milk, ice cream)

This seems to work ok, I am actually rested when waking now instead of zombieing until noon, which I am very happy about!
Is there anything you would change or add to this?
