Jesus, just measured my pulse and it's 120 BPM. Seems a little high and reminds me when my girl told me my pulse was about 120 on the night of my erectile failure.

What do you guys say to this, this is like 1.5 hours after eating rice. I also feel kinda jittery and unfocused. This happens a lot when I eat starch or even sugar.

Right now, I also feel dry mouth which I interpret as a symptom of blood sugar being out of whack again. I will now drink my sugared milk with gelatin and go to sleep. Will measure pulse before and after sleep and report back tomorrow.

Thanks for the support so far guys!

Did you eat it with any extra protein? Either protein or carbs alone can have stressful effects sometimes. I noticed a strange high heart rate and jitter when eating lots of starch and salt after my under eating vegan stint. It went away after about a month of higher salt and calorie intake.

No, no extra protein. Though my experience is, when I include Protein is when I really get out of whack and crash.

This is stress thing is going on for a long time now though. I feel like I go from one extreme, being super fatigued, to another, feeling like I just drank 20 coffees and red bulls, even though I hadn't had any, total inability to focus.

Atherosclerosis starts in your teens:

Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Beginning in Childhood

ED is known as the ''canary in the coal mine'' for cardiovascular disease:

Also for Diabetes:

Make sure you don't have Mondor's Disease, a thrombosis of the dorsal vein of the penis. Google it to see how it looks like if you want to make sure.

Did you ever get a checkup at a doctor for heart health? Maybe it's a good time to visit your GP and to get your heart health checked. Same for a diabetes test.

I would recommend high dose of vitamin C, l-lysine and l-proline daily, along with vitamin E, daily. Although the Pauling protocol is not Peaty, I believe it still is beneficial for cardiovascular health, including penile health.

Good luck!

I would recommend be Centella Asiatica, aka Gotu kola, with acetyl-l-carnitine and Ashwagandha will support adrenals and thyroid.
If you take Centella Asiatica aka Gotu Kola, you will have to be aware of its antiandrogenic effects shown in rat studies. Tribulus Terrestis could stop this antiandrogenic effect, or vitamin E. Also, Gotu Kola made me have very weird dreams, where I was able to look around in the inside of my brain. Really freaky.

Damn, you scared me but who knows. Never had a heart check up, but definitely gonna speak to all of this with this endo who specializes in diabetes and thyroid.

As for the vein, I don't know. When I was like 15 the urologist checked me out and said nothing seemed off in terms of penis health, so I don't know. We will see. I will definitely really go to the doctor though and really press for a complete checkup. I won't accept any less or any it's inside your head bull**** anymore.

before stressors, take aspirin 600mg and dark chocolate or cocoa powder.

That is because of the GABA effects they can induce lucid dreaming. But the weird part is your own doing.

Gotu kola is not "anti-androgenic", and even protects testicles from heavy metal damage, please stop scaring people.

A note on aspirin: when taken in a dose above 15mg, it will have a rebound effect whenever you quit it, with a pro-thrombotic effect. Haidut can confirm this, see this PM quote:

And btw, this would basically mean, that when using any dose higher than 15 mg of aspirin, once you quit, a rebound effect will occur which will have a pro-thrombotic effect right? So basically if you start, you can't quit, if you want to avoid that rebound effect with a pro-thrombotic effect.

Pretty much yes, that is probably some of the reason why increased rates of heart attack are seen in people who stop aspirin that they have been taking for years.

Study 1: After 60 days, body and testis weight were measured and blood samples were taken from the heart. To evaluate apoptosis and histological changes, tissue samples obtained from rat testes were stained by TUNEL assay and hematoxylin and eosin stain. Results showed that the sperm count, motility, and viability and the number of spermatogenic cells in the seminiferous tubules were significantly decreased compared with the control group. The number of apoptotic germ cells per seminiferous tubule cross-section was significantly increased in the experimental group (18.11 ± 3.5) compared with the control group (8.7 ± 0.81) (P < 0.05). Serum testosterone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and luteinizing hormone levels also showed significant decreases in the experimental groups (P < 0.05). There was also a significant decrease in testis weight in experimental groups compared with the control group (P < 0.05). It is concluded that Centella asiatica has toxicological effects on the reproductive system in male rats and, therefore, it is suggested that leaf extracts of Centella asiatica possess antifertility effects in the male rat.

Study 2:
Results:
The testis in the control group showed normal features with successive stages of transformation of the seminiferous epithelium into spermatozoa, whereas treated groups showed some degeneration of spermatogenic cells and reduction of spermatozoa in the lumen of the seminiferous tubules. Serum testosterone level was reduced in all treatment groups as compared to the control while cauda epididymal sperm count and motility showed significant decrease.

Hate to say it, but lowered testis weight and lowered testosterone can be defined as anti-androgenic, right? I mentioned in rat studies, btw. It is anti-androgenic in rat studies.

I already provided evidence against those claims.
You are being pathetic and take things out of context.
Your theory of arteriosclerosis and thrombosis makes no sense, there is no evidence Deadpool has any of this and that it is the cause of his erectile dysfunction that you're supposing.

Why am I being pathetic for showing some studies? Also what claims did I make? I'm again, just basing my statements on scientific studies. Atherosclerosis is not a theory, it's an actual disease and can happen to anyone. I'm not saying that he has it, I am just warning him that it starts in childhood, as scientific studies show that. Mondor's Disease also happens and can happen to anyone. ED can be a sign of poor circulatory health, which the heart is often related with.

No one in this topic can ultimately prove what the cause of his ED is.

Excessive norepinephrine and epinephrine via hypertension can increase inflammation via prostaglandin E2 and damage nerve terminals and cause narrowed arteries.
Too high adrenaline will induce Fight or Flight response and can exhaust the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis.
This causes fatigue and hypertension and possibly erectile dysfunction.
Therefore I advise, taking aspirin, cortisol lowering supps and Ashwaganda and ALCAR.

I second this, only be aware of aspirin's rebound effect when quitting it. Vitamin E could offset it, as vitamin E can slowly dissolve blood clots.

I read now that you're doing heavy exercises, see this:
Is Exercise Lowering Your Testosterone Levels?

"Research has shown that high-volume training can cause a significant decrease in testosterone, a hormone you need to pack on the muscle, Testosterone is also critical to overall health and to help you feel as good as you look. If you don't believe that, just Google America’s fastest marathoner, Ryan Hall. Hall recently retired from running due to chronic fatigue and low testosterone levels brought on by his years of relentless training."

Endurance Exercise Training and Male Sexual Libido. - PubMed - NCBI

CONCLUSION:

Exposure to higher levels of chronic intense and greater durations of endurance training on a regular basis is significantly associated with a decreased libido scores in men. Clinicians who treat male patients for sexual disorders and/or council couples on infertility issues should consider the degree of endurance exercise training a man is performing as a potential complicating factor.

in my 8 hour eating window I was stuffing down a pound of ground beef, 8 eggs, a pound of chicken, greek yogurt, nuts, apples and bananas, milk shakes, and a huge portion of potatoes or rice, nut butters and fruit in my shake and coconut oil or protein powder.

Over 1kg of animal flesh plus milk and yogurt and all that other stuff sounds taxing on the digestive system.

made 2 bags of white rice instead. Ate them pure with salt without anything else. This equaled 392,5 Calories.

Like before eating rice, I was starving. So hungry, it's crazy. After a couple of bites, I didn't want to eat anymore. Exactly like during my first 13 years of life or so.

Pure rice? Who eats that? Do they have marvelous genital functioning?

Most people would lose their appetite after a few spoons of plain rice!

Rice is a grain so it is has a bad amino acid profile. It is high in arginine and low in lysine so the opposite of @TreasureVibe's Pauling protocol and therefore bad for cardiovascular / erectile health.

Rice needs to be mixed with meat and veg to make a more balanced meal. Potato and sweet potato are probably better foods.

Try eating 300g of white fish or chicken or beef with 300g boiled sweet potato, salted butter and mango chutney.

Keep your coffee, sugar and skim milk going for now to fill out the rest of your day. (Try to make gradual changes so that you can pinpoint improvements).

Not sure if you have tried iodine painting externally - but I have two close male friends that have worked with that successfully-

Have you tried eating a high fat, high sugar diet (40/40/20 f/c/p), dropping all starches and dairy? So basically eating red meat, organs, fish, veg (green leafys, broccoli, carrots), fruit, tallow, coconut oil, cocobutter and then cane sugar/ cane sugar soda to hit your carb calories? From my experience and reading: The fat helps the sterilize the small intestine, spare sugar for the brain and provide for hormonal synthesis. The protein for lean mass. The carbs for endorcine function and energy. The green leafy fiber and fruit fiber protects the body from endotoxin by manipulating the microbiome.

Honestly, screw what people say on this forum about NO.

YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR VIAGRA.

These drugs used sparingly are safe, and yes they increase NO but the NO increase is mainly localized to your penis and Viagra has a relatively short half life.

You can spend 2 years tweaking diet to "Fix" your penis or you can take a proven effective and safe method of achieving an erection in the form of a pill.

It would suck if your relationship suffers because of something that should be a normal reflex in men - erections.
