So This may seem overly simple. But wow, I was blown away.
This combo reminded me of Mac and cheese:
Boiled white button mushrooms - after cooked diced up into small bits
3 oz of parmigiano Reggiano melted evenly all over the diced mushrooms in a bowl
Organic tomato sauce to taste
As the mushrooms are diced, the cheese evenly melted, and liquidity of the sauce made it good for mixing in the bowl. So the taste and texture came out more like a Mac and cheese dish.
Many may have already tried this. But for those who have been looking for a way to make the mushrooms taste better and having a booming digestive combination, you may want to consider this.
An added thought, combining mushrooms with PR cheese has been dynamite for cleaning up Endotoxin and going #2 (personal experience)
