They have already lost the fraud case, I had previously posted the decision of the judge. Now they are just creating a record for trump's eventual appeal. NY state is also trying to determine how many millions of dollars the trumps have defrauded from NY state. The illusion that they are going to win is just that, an illusion.

Be careful what you wish for. In my view, the weaponization of licensure to punish political opponents will bring unintended consequences in the future.

For our political system and legal system to properly function, lawyers must be able to do their jobs without fear of losing their license if their opponent is powerful or politically well connected.

I'm not a Trump fan either. My biggest difference with Trump is that I'm pro choice and he is pro life. Also, I believe all drugs should be legalized and Trump wants restrictions on drugs. Also many of the judges who he nominated were bad on civil liberties which may come back to bite him in the ****. There are other policy issues with Trump that I disagree with too. I put my dislike for Trump along with my policy differences aside because the tactics that have been used by Trump opposition to take out Trump are doing far more damage to the country than Trump could ever do himself.

The Democratic & Republican establishments together with giant corporations and mainstream media outlets are become a one-party ruling class that is removing the civil rights of their opposition which is what fascism traditionally is all about. Trump is the only one willing to put everything on the line to fight the United State's descent into fascism. This fight against fascism in really the main reason I support Trump.

I think this is true for many; and as you say, out weighs all of his faults.

It's also worth noting the madness that he, and all of us, are up against—fighting against the deceptive tactics of those who have set in motion the "permanent coup" against America (Matt Taibbi's (a liberal!) insightful and accurate line), where they accuse and label their political opponents with the crimes that they are committing, e.g. "fascists", "racists", "insurrectionists" etc.
