It should help with neurotransmitter synthesis and liver function by it‘s way it modulates methylation.
Would you be able to expand on (or provide reference links to) the differences/relationships/co-relationships between:
glycine, gelatin/bone-broth, and Trimethylglycine (TMG)?
For example - would taking TMG (in the form Aad mentioned: 1.5 grams 3 hours before intercourse) have the same effect as using dissolved gelatin powder in the same fashion?
