I have tried the bag breathing, but I don't think this is an anxiety issue, i have looked into the possibility of maybe developing a paraesphogesl hernia in the stomach, where part of it can protrude up into the diaphragm, I have all the symptoms for it, and I really don't know what else it could be, plus the mass under my ribcage could be that hernia, or maybe something similar to it?.
Yeah I didn’t notice anything from carrot salad, though that doesn’t mean it isn’t doing anything, and we’ll cooked mushrooms gave me stomach cramps. The artichokes are great and Ray Peat endorses them too. Like the carrot salad, eat them away from food cause it carries the good out with the bad, meaning vitamins and minerals. Start bag breathing for your anxiety, it works wonders.
I'm just not quite sure why all this is happening in the first place, I'm a young guy, whose in good shape, got the anxiety under control once starting with peat dieting, but now just seems to get worse with these symptoms, something is definitely happening underneath, but I'm not entirely sure what.
