It was Matt Stone who first made me aware of the Vitamin A hypothesis, in 2018 on his 180degreehealth blog, and there was an interview with his friend Dr. Garrett Smith. I thought if the guy who had famously rejected almost all dietary rules could adopt a new dietary protocol, there must be something to it.
I have had general stuffy nose type allergies my whole life as well as allergies to cats. I also started to get asthma after ~8 years of Peat-inspired high vitamin A eating. All have gone away, including cat allergies, after getting vitamin A consumption very low.

It was because of Matt Stone we all know about this! So I'm glad to see Matt making a comeback after falling away. He is right he needs to keep his diet cleaned up to heal his asthma.
